✅ Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with clear photos/videos for a replacement or refund.

✅ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our mistake. We recommend trackable shipping to ensure safe delivery.
